No. The initial discovery call and quote are completely free with no obligation.
Pricing & Quotes
Do you have fixed pricing or packages?
No. Every project is unique, so we provide custom quotes based on your specific needs, scope, timeline, and requirements. This ensures you only pay for what you need and receive solutions tailored to your goals.
How much do your services typically cost?
Investment varies widely based on scope. For example, landing pages may start around $3,000, small websites around $8,000-$20,000, and larger projects can range from $20,000-$60,000+. Your custom quote will provide exact pricing based on your project.
Do you offer monthly subscription plans?
No. We do not offer subscription plans or recurring billing. All projects are quoted as one-time engagements. If you need ongoing services (like marketing management), we'll establish a clear scope and billing arrangement in writing—never automatic charges.
How long does it take to receive a quote?
After the discovery call, we provide a detailed written quote within 1-3 business days.
Can I negotiate the quote?
Yes. If the initial quote doesn't fit your budget, let us know. We can discuss scope adjustments, phased approaches, or alternative solutions to better align with your budget.
Project Timeline
When does work begin?
Work begins immediately after payment is confirmed, typically the same day or within 1 business day.
How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary by project type and scope. Brand strategy projects typically take 2-4 weeks, small websites 4-6 weeks, larger websites 6-12 weeks, and ecommerce platforms 6-12 weeks. Your specific timeline will be outlined in your custom quote.
What if I need to pause or extend the timeline?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to pause or extend the project. We'll document the pause/extension in writing and adjust the schedule accordingly.
Do timelines depend on my feedback?
Yes. Project timelines assume timely feedback at key review milestones. If we're waiting on client input, we'll pause work and notify you to keep the project on track.
Services & Deliverables
What's included in each service?
Each service has specific deliverables outlined on our Services page. Your custom quote will provide a detailed breakdown of exactly what's included in your specific project.
How many revisions do I get?
Most projects include 2 rounds of revisions per milestone. Additional revisions beyond this are handled as scope changes with separate pricing.
Do I own the final deliverables?
Yes. You receive full ownership of final deliverables upon final payment. This includes websites, designs, content, and other work products. See our Service Terms for complete details.
Can you work with my existing team or vendors?
Absolutely. We can collaborate with your internal team, developers, designers, or other vendors as needed.
Payments & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and bank transfers (ACH/wire). Payments are processed via secure invoice links sent to your email.
Do I pay upfront or in installments?
You can choose. We offer full payment upfront or deposit + milestone payments (typically 50% deposit). Payment options will be outlined in your quote.
Is there a checkout on your website?
No. We don't have a public checkout. All payments are processed via secure invoice links or payment pages sent directly to you after you approve a quote.
What appears on my bank statement?
Card payments will show "BRANDSGROUP" or "Brands Group LLC" on your statement.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax or other applicable taxes may apply based on your location and local tax regulations. Any taxes will be clearly shown on your invoice before payment.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes. You'll receive an immediate receipt via email upon successful payment.
Refunds & Cancellations
What is your refund policy?
If you cancel before work begins, you'll receive a full refund. If work has started, refunds are prorated based on work completed. Once a milestone is delivered and approved, that portion is non-refundable. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete details.
How do I request a refund?

How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
What if I want to change the project scope mid-project?
Scope changes are handled through written amendments. We'll provide a quote for additional work, or adjust the timeline/refund if reducing scope. All changes require your approval before proceeding.
Disputes & Support
What if I have a billing question or dispute?

Why should I contact you before filing a chargeback?
Direct communication almost always resolves issues faster than the chargeback process (which can take 60-90 days). We can provide immediate documentation, clarification, or resolution. We're committed to fair treatment and customer satisfaction.
What kind of support do you provide after project completion?
We remain available for questions, clarifications, and bug fixes related to our work. Additional features, content updates, or new work are handled as separate projects with new quotes.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance or support plans?
We can discuss ongoing support arrangements on a case-by-case basis. These are established as clear service agreements (not automatic subscriptions) with defined scope and billing.

Are your terms and policies legally binding?
Yes. Our Terms of Service, Service Terms, and other policies constitute a legal agreement between you and Brands Group LLC when you engage our services.
Do you guarantee specific business results?
No. While we aim to deliver high-quality work that supports your business goals, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes like revenue increases or customer growth, as these depend on many factors beyond our control (market conditions, your execution, competitive landscape, etc.).
What happens if there's a legal dispute?
Our Terms of Service outline the dispute resolution process. We encourage informal resolution first. If necessary, disputes are governed by Wyoming law and resolved in Wyoming courts.

How do you handle my information?
