Proposal & Custom Quote

Based on our discussion, we prepare a detailed written scope of work and custom quote. This document outlines exactly what you'll receive, the timeline, deliverables, and total investment required.

Your Quote Includes:

  • • Detailed scope of work and objectives
  • • Specific deliverables and milestones
  • • Project timeline with key dates
  • • Investment breakdown (total cost)
  • • Payment terms and options
  • • What we need from you (client responsibilities)
  • • Revision policy and change request process
  • • Terms and conditions

Timeline: We deliver quotes within 1-3 business days after the discovery call. You can take as much time as needed to review and ask questions.

Quote Approval & Payment

Once you approve the quote (either as-is or after any negotiated adjustments), we send a secure payment invoice via email. No work begins until payment is confirmed.

Payment Options:

  • Full Payment Upfront: Pay the total project cost before work begins
  • Deposit + Milestones: Pay a deposit (typically 50%) upfront, with remaining payments tied to specific milestones

Payment Methods:

  • • Credit/debit card (via secure payment link)
  • • Bank transfer (ACH or wire)
  • • All invoices include detailed breakdowns
  • • Receipts sent immediately upon payment confirmation

Work Start: Projects begin immediately after payment confirmation, or within 1 business day.

Project Execution & Milestones

We execute the project according to the agreed timeline, working in defined milestones. Each milestone includes specific deliverables and a review cycle.

How Milestones Work:

  • • Projects are divided into logical phases
  • • Each milestone has specific deliverables
  • • You review deliverables at each milestone
  • • We incorporate feedback before proceeding
  • • Regular check-ins keep you informed
  • • Most projects include 2 rounds of revisions per milestone
  • • Additional revisions or scope changes handled separately

Client Feedback: Project timelines depend on timely client feedback. We'll pause work and notify you if we're awaiting input to keep the project on track.

Final Delivery & Handover

Upon project completion and your final approval, we deliver all final assets, files, and documentation. We also provide training or walkthroughs as needed.

What You Receive:

  • • All final deliverables in agreed formats
  • • Source files and working files
  • • Documentation and guidelines
  • • Access credentials (websites, platforms, etc.)
  • • Training or walkthrough sessions (if applicable)
  • • Final invoice and payment receipt

Post-Project Support

We remain available after project completion to answer questions, provide clarifications, and address any technical issues that arise from our work.

Support Includes:

  • • Questions about deliverables or how to use them
  • • Clarifications on documentation
  • • Bug fixes for issues stemming from our work
  • • Brief technical support via email

Additional Work: New features, content updates, or scope expansions are handled as new projects with separate quotes.

Change Requests & Scope Adjustments

How We Handle Changes

We understand that business needs can evolve during a project. Here's how we handle changes to the original scope:

Minor Adjustments

Small tweaks within the existing scope (e.g., color changes, copy edits) are included in your revision rounds at no additional cost.

Scope Additions

New features, additional pages, or expanded deliverables require a written amendment to the original agreement. We'll provide a quote for the additional work, and you can approve or decline before we proceed.

Scope Reductions

If you decide to reduce the project scope, we'll adjust the timeline and, if work hasn't begun on those elements, issue a prorated refund.

Timeline Changes

If you need to pause or extend the project timeline, contact us as soon as possible. We'll document the pause and resume dates in writing.

Transparent Communication: All scope changes are documented in writing via email. We never proceed with additional billable work without your explicit approval.
